MayRose has to take several medications to help control her various conditions:

1. Klonopin-Clonazepam (.1 mg/ ml susp) 3.75 ml 2x per day at 8:30 am & pm (Sedative)
2. Prevacid-Lanzoprazole (3 mg/ml susp) 5 mls 2x per day at 8:30 am (Reflux)
3. Gablofen-Baclofen (10 mg/ml susp) 0.75 ml 3x per day at 8:30 am, 1 pm & 8:30 pm (Spasticity)
4. Neurontin-Gabapentin (250mg/5ml sol) 1 ml 3x per day at 8:30 am, 1 pm & 8:30 pm (Seizures)
5. Exjade-Deferasirox (125 mg tablets) 3 tablets a day mixed with 4 oz juice at 11:30 am (Iron overload)
6. Lactose Fast Act Relf Cap (60's Cap) Taken daily with exjade and milk products (lactose intolerance)
7. Poly-Vita with Flouride (.25 mg/ drops 50 ml) 1 mil per day (daily vitamen)
8. Zofran-Ondansetron (4mg/5ml sol) 2.5 mls 4x per day as needed (nausea)
9. Miralez-Poleth Glycol 3350 NF Powder (527 Powder) 1/4 a cup
    1x daily at bedtime as needed (dismotility)
10. Senna-Sennocides (8.8mg/5ml syrup) 3.75 mixed with 6 oz water daily 
     1s daily at bedtime until August 15, 2011 (dismotility)
11. Carafate-Sucralfate (1gm/10ml susp) 2.5 ml 3x daily until July 15 (ulcers)

If MayRose becomes congested, or has difficulty breathing after contracting a cold, we give her breathing treatments through a nebulizor machine containing:
12. Albuterol Sulf Inh Soln 1.25 / 3 m. (as needed)
13. Budesonide .25 mg/ 2 ml NEB susp 60 ml (as needed)

Because MayRose's veins are no longer accessible due to her numerous hospitalizations, she has had a device implanted into her stomach called a Port which is used to draw and give blood.
